Experienced Attorneys Serving the Winston-Salem Area
Our attorneys bring a diverse set of experiences and work collaboratively to pursue our clients’ objectives most effectively. Each attorney in the firm has excellent academic credentials and a variety of experiences that enable us to fully address the needs of the client. Collectively, our attorneys’ qualifications include:
- Legal Elite (NC Business Journal)
- Receipt of the AV rating* from Martindale-Hubbell
- Board Certification by the North Carolina State Bar
- Listing in Super Lawyers**
- Both of our senior partners have been listed in “Best Lawyers in America” for more than 10 years.
Our reputation as lawyers who will take a case to trial often encourages the opposition to agree to a reasonable settlement outside of court. They know that if they are not reasonable, we will see them in court.

All of our attorneys graduated from Wake Forest University Law School. The University is an integral part of the community and our firm, and we continue to remain active participants by teaching and lecturing at Wake Forest. We have raised our children in the community and feel a strong obligation to give back to our roots. Each member of the firm serves on various boards of directors to assist in community affairs, and we routinely offer our services as participants and leaders in the community.
