Katie Foster Fowler is a seasoned domestic litigator whose practice emphasizes determined and effective advocacy for her clients. She is experienced in all forms of domestic litigation, including custody, child support, spousal support, equitable distribution, adoption, and termination of parental rights. Katie is also skilled in alternative dispute resolution.

Katie Foster Fowler was born in Winston-Salem, North Carolina on November 7, 1978. She attended Wake Forest University, receiving a BA, with Honors, in 2001. She attended Wake Forest University School of Law, graduating in 2005, and was admitted to the North Carolina Bar in 2005. She was a member of the Wake Forest University Law Review from 2003-2005 and Moot Court Board from 2003-2005. She was also active in the Trial Bar program. In 2005, she received an award from the Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers for Outstanding Achievement.

When not in court or in the office, Katie spends time with her husband, Brad, and two daughters, Austin and Jillian. She also is active in the Junior League of Winston-Salem as a volunteer.
